Acquisition Criteria

Crosstown Capital Partners acquires retail, office, industrial, multi-family and mixed-use properties from a variety of sources (including brokers, lenders and private sellers).

The target deal size is between $1 million and $20 million dollars.  The firm raises private equity for each deal and sources debt from a variety of lending sources from local banks to CMBS.  The company typically looks for under-valued properties with either a complexity to the deal or some level of financial or physical distress.
