Village Park is the first 156 lots of a 500+ lot master planned community in the Jacksonville, FL MSA.
The project is in a growing submarket, with increased demanded catalyzed by the the new state highway FL-23 beltline, which is under construction and will run directly along the north side of the master planned community. The site is located to the south of FL-21, a highly traveled thoroughfare connecting to I-295, and FL-23, a state road connecting to I-10. I-10 and I-295, both extending through Jacksonville to the northeast.
There are 133 lots with 50’ of frontage and 23 lots with 60’ of frontage, all of which will allow single family detached homes on a slab foundation. The lots will have an average depth of approximately 120’ and an average lot size of 6,000-7,200 square feet.
